Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) Orientation, MOA Signing and voucher distribution was conducted on April 17, 2019. There were 368 NTCians granted with the subsidy from CHED’s UNIFAST. NTC is the first private HEI in NCR to distribute the TES voucher to the grantees.
