Voucher requirements for Incoming Grade 7 (must be officially enrolled in Grade 7 here at NTC).
- Two (2) pieces of recent identical 2×2 ID photo.
- Photocopy of PSA Certified Birth Certificate.
- Photocopy of Grade 6 report card.
- Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) for the previous year or Certificate of Tax exemption or Municipal Certificate of Unemployment of Parents/Legal Guardian.
