Job Function
Lead and convey the institutional Framework for and in its subsidiaries. Focal person with the process and people in the department’s subsidiaries. Execute its programs and curriculum.
Roles and Responsibilities
● Leads the Gap, Needs, Context, Learner, and Content Analysis, or with support from a team
● Combines Analysis conclusions with understanding of human learning functions to identify the training constructs to be employed
● Leads macro and micro design activities to create learning programs independently, or with support from a team
● Directs, guides and supervises the collection and creation of all materials, contents, resources across programs and curricula to support a training design
● Develop quality standards and style guides following set parameters based on the results of the analysis.”
● Facilitates all types and lengths of programs using applicable basic to advanced Constructivist methodologies; accomplishing defined KPIs, learning, or business transfer outcomes
● Leads and manages the implementation of a project
● Oversees the transfer, results, reaction, & learning assessments
● Leads the partnership activities across groups/schools. Understands the needs of the partner/s and ensures that partnership goals and objects are met
● Leads the partnership activities across groups/schools independently or with instruction, guidance, or direction from supervisor/manager
● Leads the implementation of the proprietary Graduate Tracking System (GTS) across groups/schools
● Facilitates coaching activities to all trainees following the framework and SWOT/TOWS strategy
Qualifications Required
● Related Bachelor’s Degree
● Strong communication skills
● 5 years of professional experience in workforce engagement including training analysis, design, development and delivery
● Demonstrated ability to learn project management and training consultation methodologies
● Proficiency with productivity and/or publishing applications (e.g. Google Apps Suite)
● Willing to report to iPeople school sites throughout NCR and in some provincial locations throughout the Philippines
Preferred
● Demonstrated success in developing academe to industry bridging programs
● With experience in consulting
● With experience in formal leading and managing projects
● Proficiency with learning management systems or similar platforms
● Proficient using content authoring tools; SCORM compliant content is a plus

Job Summary
The faculty at the National Teachers College supports the school’s mission of providing student-centered,

To be credentialed to teach baccalaureate courses and obtain tenured status, faculty should possess a

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Play a fundamental role in teaching students how to improve their overall health and reduce unhealthy behaviors
• Provide healthcare to students and staff

• Assessing and treating students within the scope of professional nursing practice, communication with parents,

Job Description:
Responsible for leadership in the administration, planning, implementation, and evaluation of counseling services. These services are provided to promote students’ personal development and psychological well-being and include individual and group counseling, outreach programming, training, consultation, crisis intervention and assessment. This position involves supervision of professional and support staff, budget administration, and formulation of unit policies and procedures.
Leading the guidance team in providing non-academic support, educating students about self-awareness and self-esteem, teach problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, provide individual and small group counseling services and make referrals to outside services. Coordinate with management, administrators, teachers, and parents. Will often consult with external parties, such as psychologists, psychiatrists, or other social services agencies to serve the needs of students through referrals. Focus is to meet the changing needs of students and teachers, especially if they need to intervene in crisis situations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provides interaction and communication with other departments of the College by coordinating the services of the Guidance Office.
2. Ensures financial responsibility of the unit by preparing the budget and supervising all expenditures.
3. Promotes the personal development and psychological well-being of students by providing counseling on an individual, couple, or group basis.
4. Provides effective and appropriate services by planning, organizing, and implementing new counseling, training, and educational outreach programs.
5. Ensures that the needs of students are addressed in emergency situations by coordinating referral services as needed.
6. Provides information and support by planning in-service training experiences for Guidance Office staff.
7. Promotes communication within the unit by conducting regular staff meetings.
8. Provides monitoring of case records to ensure compliance counseling ethical standards.
10. Ensures office effectiveness by handling office correspondence and interviews.
11. Communicates the function and mission of the Guidance Office by meeting with students, faculty and administrative groups of the College and the community.
12. Provides for continuity of care by recruiting, selecting, training, and supervising Guidance personnel.
13. Provides supervision for non-licensed staff towards their licensure.
14. Actively participates in and contributes to staff planning, and evaluation of services and staff performance.
15. Compiles statistics for annual reports and other reporting requirements.
16. Facilitates a work environment that encourages knowledge of, respect for, and development of skills to engage with those of other cultures or backgrounds.
17. Remains competent and current through self-directed professional reading, developing professional contacts with colleagues, attending professional development seminars, and attending training and/or courses as required by the Assistant Vice President for Student Services and obtaining Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Credit Units as required by the Professional Regulation Commission.
18. Contributes to the overall success of the Guidance Office by performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Assistant Vice President for Student Services.
