ENROLLMENT PROCESS FOR NEW STUDENTS (Kinder, Elementary, Junior High School, Senior High School, College, Graduate School)

Step 1: File your application HERE (Note: If you have already filled up the application form, kindly proceed to Step 2. If you encounter problems, please email admission@ntc.edu.ph)

Step 2:

  • Upload a scanned copy or photos of the admission requirements HERE

  • If there is lacking or no documents on hand, proceed to the undertaking section HERE 

Step 3: NTC will review your application. Your Registration Form will be emailed along with further instructions to you within 1-3 working days.

Step 4:

  • Settle the down payment via the Student Portal

  • Click HERE for the payment process tutorial.

  • For BPI and PayMaya payment guidelines, click HERE

Step 5: You are officially enrolled once your down payment has been validated. The process is approximately 1-3 working days.

Should you have concerns, please email admission@ntc.edu.ph or join our virtual lounge via Google Meets at meet.google.com/afb-zmhq-pbg (Monday to Friday from 9AM to 11AM; 1PM to 3PM).
If you wish to enroll at NTC Campus, our Admissions Office is open to assist you from Tuesday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 NN and 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
