TEACHERS DAY

The teachers who tirelessly answer and patiently understand us are our second parents.  They provide us love, care, and concern despite the strictness we often complain about them. They also sacrifice their sleep to teach us the next day, and sometimes they even forget themselves because they are more worried about our welfare.

During these times, it is not just the students who are struggling. Our teachers, too. They had to sacrifice more this year, and they had to show more compassion and selflessness to cater to the needs of their students. Our teachers also need to learn to cope with the new normal, and as we all know, not all teachers are tech-savvy.

They also have to learn new teaching strategies in these trying times as they continuously fill up and accomplish reports. Their resources are also limited, but they find ways, and often it comes from their own pockets. They also have a life outside of school, but their passion and ambition to teach and aspire students overshadowed their personal life.

Despite how many boundaries they set when it comes to their students, they would set them aside and help them because they value them not just as students but as their children.

Thus, the National Teachers College recognizes the role of teachers in nation-building. We salute their passion and ambition to provide quality education. Without our teachers, NTC will not be the best in providing quality education to its students.
