The program provides teachers further knowledge, skills and training in the teaching of the five major subjects in the Basic Education Curriculum. The program assists the teachers in the preparation of instructional materials such as teaching guides, audio-visual aids; in the use of teaching principles, strategies and techniques; and in diagnosing, designing, developing curriculum programs.
