Just like our Super Mommy, it’s never too late to get your education, pursue your passion and achieve your ambition. Dreams do come true for as long as you do not give up and stand firm to achieve your goals.

Mylene C. Sumague, a mother of 3 and a “kakanin” vendor, aspires to be a teacher. Despite her busy life and schedule, she decided to pursue her studies to make an impact on her kids. She is currently enrolled at NTC, taking up Bachelor of Elementary Education.

Mylene wanted her children to understand the value of education. She wanted to underscore that you do not need to sacrifice your dreams for as long as you have a personal vision of excellence despite personal struggles. She wanted to be a teacher to hone young minds and help them realize that education will help us realize our dreams whatever state you are in.

Indeed, discouragement or uncertainties often hound us and hinder us from pursuing our dreams. Yet, Mylene was able to ignite the inspiration and find ways to chase after her passion. There are times when she would attend her online classes while selling her products. Yet, her teachers noted that she is very active in class and can juggle being a mother, a vendor, and a student at the same time.

Yes, there are many reasons to give up. But, as they say, you can always find a way to do it if you want to do it. Mylene shows us that our dreams don’t have an expiration date. Finding the right inspiration can develop the right behavior, adopt creativity, view the world positively, and find the potential you need to pursue your passion and achieve your ambition.
